Stephen joined ERA Dawson to work alongside his wife, Aimi Baldwin, as part of the top-producing Aimi Baldwin Real Estate Team. Backed by a team known for exceptional client care and seamless transaction management, Stephen brings a decade of real estate experience and a strong foundation in housing and construction to every client relationship.

 

With over 30 years in residential, commercial, and industrial construction across Maine and New England, Stephen’s expertise spans sales, estimating, and project management from concept to completion. He has contributed to hundreds of millions in construction projects and has been recognized with several Architectural Institute of America (AIA) awards for excellence.

 

Stephen thrives on meeting and building relationships with both residential and commercial clients. Ensuring a high-touch professional experience throughout the transaction, his focus includes supporting clients, building relationships, and overseeing administrative functions. He brings an elevated experience to the table by using his professional real estate photography skills to make each listing shine. His extensive background in building and design gives clients a unique advantage when evaluating properties or planning improvements.

 

Originally from Boston and St. Louis, Stephen’s family roots trace back to Maine. Outside of real estate, he enjoys photography and capturing the beauty of nature—from local wildlife to the galaxies above.
